We tried to sell our first home by ourselves and that is when in late 2019 we met Danny who brought an interested buyer. We were so impressed with Danny’s professionalism, honesty and direct approach while remaining ever so friendly that we enlisted his help to find our next home. It was a lengthy process with many visits, but Danny was always cheerful and hopeful that we would find the one and helped us made sure it was indeed the right one, and we sure did. This time we had a long bucket list to find the perfect house, after some visits we ended up finding a house that was perfect. Danny was swift in dealing with the selling realtor for us to obtain that house, all meanwhile finding a buyer for our second house at the current market pricing. The process was once again extremely easy as we had Danny working for us with his many years of experience and everchanging knowledge of the housing market. We met Danny when my husband and found our dream house. We had to list our current home so we could purchase the Dream home. We talked to a few realtors before meeting Mr. Schurman, we got the good vibes and decided to list our house with him. We also wanted Danny to represent our interest in the dream home. He is very patient, the sellers were a bit difficult to deal with,but the real issue was with the sellers realtor. Danny was exceptional dealing with the challenges with buying our forever home.
